Natasha Barnes

Widely considered to be one of Africa's most published artists, my art has a profound, passionate style, exhibiting expressionism, colour and movement. My paintings are the powerful inspirations found in my numerous travels abroad and the rich African imagery surrounding my life. I enjoy painting in water-based mediums; the paint application is thick and sometimes textured. My subject dictates the flow of the paint, but Abstract remains my first love. I am represented in private and corporate collections worldwide. I exhibit internationally several times a year and continue to have work published for release by international print publishers.
