COLOUR AND TONE

I immigrated to Cape Town in 1993. I love the ideal climate and the abundance of light, which is more favourable for painting outdoors more often during the year. I am passionate about still life and the Cape landscapes which I have found to change greatly over the last two decades. I hope that my oils will be a record of this. My interest in painting has always been colour and tone. I am a member of the South African Society of Artists and enjoy meeting other painters and painting 'en plein air'.
